Purpose:

The cell was established to provide a platform for students to express their concerns and grievances, both academic and non-academic, in a confidential and supportive environment.

Functioning:

• Collection of Grievances: Students can submit their grievances through suggestion boxes or letters, ensuring anonymity and confidentiality.
• Careful Examination: The committee carefully examines each grievance, considering its nature and severity.
• Remedial Measures: Based on the grievances received, appropriate remedial measures are taken to address the issues in a timely and effective manner.

Objectives:

• Redress Academic and Administrative Grievances: The primary objective is to address and resolve academic and administrative grievances and problems faced by students.
• Promote Faculty Responsiveness: The cell works to promote a responsive and respectful attitude among faculty members towards handling student concerns.
